Natasha Smith – Natasha is a Director of Martins Cleaning Services Ltd. And also the Company Secretary. Natasha comes from a banking background and has training in customer liaison and care. Natasha is married to Martin and supports the business firmly as a recognised family business.
Natasha provides all clients with high standards of customer care and may be the first point of contact so that your enquiry is handled with the utmost efficiency.
Natasha trains our staff in customer care ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy at all times.
Natasha commenced her career in Banking straight from school. She worked in Banking for many years and eventually headed the ‘Current Account department’ at branch level, managing thousands of customers. Natasha eventually became BTEC qualified in childcare including child psychology. A serious car crash changed her career path, she then became involved with Martin in the family business due to the continued demand of the company. No regrets she enjoys everyday with our customers!
